Anxiety is a healthy emotion that occurs in certain situations. If you do not feel anxiety at all, then there is a problem. We all feel anxiety daily. For example, your boss has given you the deadline to complete a task, and you may feel anxiety. You are in a traffic jam you may feel stress and anxiety. So the feeling the anxiety is a normal thing, but you need to learn how to handle the anxiety. If it makes you unable to perform your duties and you do not socialize well, and fail to maintain stable relations then you are suffering from clinical psychology.

What are the Anxiety and anger?

Anger and anxiety are different emotional experiences with some overlap. But they have both the unique and common features. You feel a pressure in your chest while meeting the office deadlines it is anxiety.   • Identify the source:

The first task to do is to identify the source of your anxiety and anger. What is causing the anxiety? Which thing is making you angry? Is it your job that is not easy, so you are feeling anxiety or the boss who have scolded you for not completing the work on time which is causing anger? Once you know the source, you can better handle your anger and anxiety.

  • Prevent fear:

You have identified the reason for your anxiety or anger. You should now look for the ways to overcome the fear. You thought that your boss would fire you from the job and it made you feel anxiety. Now you should make conscious efforts to put it out of your mind. Do not overthink about it.  Do things that help you forget and prevent the fear.

  • Accept uncertainty:

What you plan does not happen always? You should always be ready to get the surprises from life. Prepare yourself for everything that has to come positive or negative. Never take the stress of things that do not happen as you were thinking. In other words, get rid of the fear and anxiety by accepting the uncertainties.

  • Consider all possible outcomes:

It is necessary to learn not to jump to conclusions. If you are waiting for the results of something, then be ready. Never think that what will happen. In fact, you should learn to accept that you do not know what will be the result of what you have done so consider all the possible outcomes and do not over think.
